Perhaps being a teenager myself will help me to put across that we need as much affection as children do, we experience stress on a completely different level and so many.
relationship stresses, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, getting a boyfriend/ girlfriend, fancying somebody so much that is all you think about, college and not just the work, the getting there and back, being on time, being ready, constant pressure, having to put of anything you enjoy to even have a chance of fitting in all the above, wanting to do well enough not to disappoint your family, sibling trouble, growing up, learning how to fit in when society changes all the time being skinny like those models you see in magazines. Everything appears to be stressful as a teenager.

Teenage years just appear to be all about learning but some of the things you learn are so crucial that they could potentially change your life. We all want that lifestyle where we can afford to treat ourselves once in while and knowing that we could one day care for additions to the family and teach them to love life. Looking at it like that though just makes out life if one big stress but how to we change that negative outlook into a positive attitude that will get you through those daily hassles.
Too be honest I am still looking for the answer. I'm looking at changing my diet and becoming healthier after watching 'fullyraw' on youtube and how she became vegetarian has inspired me (I have always been slightly on the fence about it) . I loved the way that just her change in diet has made her happier and feel a lot fresher, which i thought this would make my body look better and perhaps give me more confidence. which you may think well how will confidence completely change 'daily hassles'? Well I just thought if I was more confident I know this would help me socially and feel more apart of a group, which would have a knock on effect to college then i thought this could make me like college and enjoy it! meaning better grades hopefully. better grades give you future a little boost too. All this just from a change in diet.

I'm still thinking about it though and need the time to commit to becoming vegetarian but Im slowly being persuaded.
what holds me back is the thoughts  of other people like will others find me just awkward to cater for, and just a fuzzy eater? I worry about that sort of thing though which maybe I should just let go!!
